A digital home for apartments and shops in Syokimau, built so a serious enquiry is never more than a tap away.
The brief
Property is decided on feel as much as on floor plans. The site had to convey what living there is actually like, answer the practical questions a buyer asks in the first minute — where, how big, how much — and make getting in touch effortless from a phone, which is where most of the traffic arrives.
The approach
Photography leads, with the specifics layered underneath rather than buried in a brochure. Unit types, amenities and location each get their own clear block, and the enquiry route repeats at every point where someone might make up their mind instead of only at the bottom of the page.
